Welcome to Pioneer App! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pioneer App ("App"), available on iOS and iPadOS. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview

Pioneer App helps users track their time in the field ministry. Users can:

Log time spent in ministry (free feature)
Set yearly or monthly goals (requires a subscription)
Use a map to add and manage visits to interested persons (requires a subscription)

2. Subscriptions

Certain features require a monthly or yearly subscription.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
All payments and cancellations are managed by Apple through the App Store.
No refunds are issued by Pioneer App; refund requests must be made through Apple.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must comply with local laws regarding the collection and storage of personal data related to visits and contacts.
Pioneer App does not collect or store personal data beyond what users input into the app.
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of the data they enter.

4. Account & Termination

Users may stop using the app at any time; subscription cancellations must be managed through Apple.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
